Some exciting news. I am now playing Wallace Guitars. David Wallace has built me a Signature Acoustic Guitar. Tha RH731. I am so excited about this. It is the best guitar I have played. it is a Grand Auditorium with a 3 piece curly maple neck, ebony fingerboard, rosewood back and sides, Ceder top, Koa binding. the neck was stained to match the Koa binding and it is Beautiful. Its also the Best neck I have played on any guitar. The solid Ceder top produces a loud very warm sound that I don't have to wait 20 years to mature. The fingerboard has no inlay per my request(I am a sucker for the Classical gutar look). David has inlayed a Lighthouse on the headstock that is Magnificent. The electronics are LR Baggs Hex pickups(Like Doyle's), Only David moded the pickups so the height can be adjusted without removing the pickup. What a genius he is. The guitar has a longer truss rod than normal acoustic guitars(this seems to contribute to the incredible sustain the guitar has). David also makes the finest Electric classical guitar I have played.
